Summary of the project:

The aim of the project realizing -in the framework of Social Renewal Operational Programme of The New Hungary Development Plan -is to enhance the professional competences and to improve absorbing ability and efficiency of the participating civil organizations with developments based on co-operation and trainings specifically going by their local needs. The project period is between 1st April, 2009 and 30th September, 2010. As a result of this project, the assistance of 30 civil organizations can be realized and 300 organizations can make use of the developing trainings and services. By the end the participating organizations will be able to join the programmes of The New Hungary Development Plan and they will have better competence, absorbing capacity and social reputation.

Expected Results:

• organizational development for 30 NGOs
• Min. 300 organizations can make use of the developing trainings and services.
• 50% of the organizations will be able to join the programmes of The New Hungary Development Plan
• having better competence, absorbing capacity and social reputation

Services:

• free of charge, complex, unique organizational development in 250 hours for 30 selected NGOs
• accredited training (project-cycle management, fundraising and communication)
• expert assistance -finance, law, project cycle management for free of charge
